Roberta "Bobby" Alvarez is the founder and CEO of Always Recruiting, Inc. A veteran of Xerox Corporation, Bobby has 30 plus years of business experience in Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing & Distribution, Product Planning, and Community Outreach. An energetic, motivated, and  passionate individual with a vision to assist job seekers to find their perfect career, and for businesses to find their optimum candidates.   Bobby has immersed herself in the art of networking and community outreach, inspiring her colleagues and clients to make  positive changes by nurturing their personal and social connections.​
